Well, the doting father took on to social media, to laud Suhana after watching her play Juliet in London. Shah Rukh Khan proudly shared two pictures; one with him planting a kiss on Suhana’s head and the other one of a poster of the play, featuring the star kid.
“With my Juliet in London. What a wonderful experience and exceptional performances by the whole cast. Congratulations to the whole team,” wrote King Khan.
Suhana aspires to be an actress and her father is supportive of her dream. Yet, he has his reservations too. In a recent interview, Shah Rukh had admitted that Suhana is an ardent cinema fan, but she should complete her studies first.
Suhana turned 18 this year and made her cover debut with Vogue. In an interview with the magazine, the teenager had said, “Moving away at age 16 was the best decision of my life. Living in a different environment and meeting so many new people helped me gain a lot of confidence. It’s about being able to do the little things, like a walk on the street or take the train, stuff that was so hard to do in Mumbai. But living away also made me appreciate home so much more.”
Coming back to Shah Rukh, well, he is busy promoting Zero, which is up for release on December 21, 2018. Zero will see Shah Rukh Khan playing a vertically challenged man from Meerut named Bauua Singh.
He is in a complicated love triangle with a wheelchair-bound scientist (Anushka Sharma) and an actress battling alcoholism (Katrina Kaif). The film, which has special appearances by Sridevi, Deepika Padukone, Alia Bhatt, Rani Mukerji, Kajol and Salman Khan.
Post Zero he will fly to the US to train for Saare Jahan Se Accha.
