Guru Kiran Hegde, on Sunday, December 23, 2018, was declared announced the winner of Love Me India.
Apart from winning the trophy, Guru was awarded a cheque of Rs 05 lakh and loads of other gifts.

I am immensely grateful to Anusha ma’am for guiding me at every step, helping me and having trusted me to take forward the South Zone. As I end this memorable journey, I am truly going to treasure the friendships that I have made, the knowledge that I have gained and most importantly the relations that I have earned with the captains and judges for life.” stated Guru Kiran Hegde, who was overwhelmed on winning the trophy.
Guru Kiran Hegde belonged to the south zone and was mentored by Anusha Mani. He was competing against Harshita Bhattacharya and Stuti Jaiswal from the east zone and Mohammed Faiz from the west zone.
Mohammad Faiz was declared the first runners-up and walked away with prize money of Rs 03 lakhs, while Harshita Bhattacharya won prize money of Rs 02 lakhs and was the second runner-up.
The finale was a visual spectacle as Vicky Kaushal and Yami Gautam was seen sharing some moments with the judges as well as the finalists. They had come in to promote their film URI.
The grand finale of Love Me India saluted the spirit of music with soulful and energetic performances by the four finalists.
Love Me India was hosted by Meiyang Chang and was judged by Guru Randhawa, Neha Bhasin and Himesh Reshammiya. The four zones were further mentored by Abhijeet Sawant, Anusha Mani, Bhoomi Trivedi and Navraj Hans.
