Deewana released on June 25, 1992, and in walked the King Of Romance, Shah Rukh Khan, in Bollywood, and as they say, the rest is history.

Celebrating the day, Shah Rukh Khan uploaded a small video on his Twitter handle where he was seen recreating his hit song from Deewana.

"I want to say a big thank you for 27 years in Indian cinema, which is exactly half my lifetime on Earth. I've been trying to entertain you for over 20 years, and some times I have succeeded, and many times I have failed. So I want to thank you for bearing with me for so many years since I came on a motorcycle in a film called Deewana singing Koi Na Koi Chahiye and rode right into your hearts. And you not only allowed me right into your hearts but also allowed me to stay there for so many years. Thank you very much," wrote King Khan thanking his fans.

Shah Rukh started his acting career with the hugely popular television series Fauji (1998). His character, Abhimanyu Rai became a household name. Post Faugi, one saw him in shows like Dil Dariya, Circus, Umeed, and many more.

He scored unprecedented success with films like Baazigar (1993), Darr (1993), Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge (1995), Yes Boss (1997), Pardes (1997), Dil To Pagal Hai (1997), Kuch Kuch Hota Hai (1998), Josh (2000), Mohabbatein (2000), Devdas (2002), Kal Ho Naa Ho (2003), Chak De! India (2007), Main Hoon Na (2004), Main Hoon Na (2007), Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi (2008), Om Shanti Om (2010) and many more.

However, over the last few years, the Baadshah of Bollywood has had a rough pact at the Box Office with films like Dear Zindagi (2016), Jab Harry Met Sejal (2017) and Zero (2018).

Earlier in May, Shah Rukh appeared as the special guest on David Letterman's upcoming season of his Netflix talk show.

We would like to thank Shah Rukh Khan for teaching us how to romance cause no one can woo his lady love like Shah Rukh.
